All of our items are handcrafted by my husband and I in Connecticut. We hope that you love our creations as much as we love making them. Our current turnaround time is 1-60 business days for stocked items, 1 - 12 (work weeks) for personalized items
Privacy screens 3-16 week lead time
There is a $35.00 admin fee for cancelled custom orders
We do not accept cancellations on custom orders after we have started working on the order
Custom Orders take much longer than stocked items (1 - 12 work weeks).

****Please Note - We have a large inventory but items run out and need to be remade and many items are made to order.

How do I personalize my order?
All personalization information should be placed in the "notes to seller" box during the checkout process. * THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.* If this is not provided, it will slow down our ability to process your order quickly.

I accidentally gave you the wrong shipping address:
It is VERY important to check the shipping address during the checkout process because we try to get everything created and shipped as quickly as possible.
If you provided the wrong address, please convo us right away and if your item hasn't shipped out yet, we will be able to update it for you.
If it has shipped, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees after the package is returned to us.
We try to package everything up very well but in the event that an item gets damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 business days and provide pictures of the damaged item and packaging so that we can file a claim with the UPS or USPS.
Once the claim is filed, we will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Return Item - Policy
Returned stocked items:
Please note - that the shipping price from any item returned to us is the responsibility of the customer.
We do NOT accept returns
From a Photo - Custom orders from an photo / custom designed orders - Please provide high-res images.
If the customer decides they want a new comp using a new image the customer will have to purchase a new design.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 30 days if you have a damaged product or an issue with a product, after 30 days we cannot issue refunds or file claims.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Large Items over 40 inches
- Individual purchases over $99.99 are non refundable after purchase
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
